1. The Relationship Dance: Changing your steps for a stronger partnership

  • Is your relationship starting to feel like that dried up apple core you found in the car last week?

  • Are you looking for tips to rekindle that loving feeling?

Come join us for a safe, interactive session exploring ways to nurture your relationship with your partner. This workshop looks at the benefits of clear communication, the importance of appreciation, and strategies to build mutual respect. It draws on the extensive research of Dr John Gottman, yet is a practical, interactive session. As parents, keeping our relationship with each other strong is one of the best gifts we can give our children.

2. Beyond the Juggle: Time management for busy families

  • Do you wish you had more time in a day?

  • Do important things keep slipping off your to do list?

This interactive workshop tackles the struggle we all face to fit in the things that matter. With hands on demonstrations, pair work activities and personal reflection, we will learn from pilots, hear what cell phones and people have in common, and dive into the power of now. Participants will leave with new strategies for increasing their productivity and fresh ways of seeing time management and procrastination. What could a little more energy and ease bring to your schedule?

P.S. If you are interested but don’t feel you have time to come, then you really need to sign up for this workshop!

3. Staying on Track with What matters: Work Life Balance in a harried age

  • Does it feel like what you do is never enough?

  • Do you wish you had more energy?

This workshop is all about priority management, and how to make choices that leave us fulfilled and energized. With time for pair work and group discussion, participants will explore what lights them up, and how they can have more great days in their lives. This interactive session also touches on how to say no and other tools for simplifying our schedules. Come get re-excited about what really matters in your life!

4. Courageous Conversations: Speaking up for what you want with clarity and compassion

  • Do you find yourself walking away from situations yelling in your head?

  • Are there things you’d like to say, but you don’t because you don’t want the emotional fallout from if you did speak up?

As women, we are raised to take care of others and keep the peace. Our nurturing skills are valuable but sometimes these same attributes can make it hard to speak up or ask for what we want. We feel caught between saying silent, and hurting or angering others if we do say something. Come learn the third alternative, speaking up with clarity and compassion. When we do our homework on the inside, it is possible to ask for what we really want and nurture our relationships.

5. Reaching Them All: Engaging Participants For Training Program Success

  • How do we address the participant in our course who seems so disengaged?

  • How do we make learning relevant for a diverse audience?

  • What can we do to make our training more memorable?

As professionals who are passionate about training and learning, questions like these can haunt us. In this interactive workshop, we are going to explore what keeps participants engaged in training environments. Come prepared to get involved, learn from other participants and share some of your experiences.  Leave with new ways to tackle your participant engagement challenges and a deeper understanding about what makes learning stick.
