There are no current events as I am getting ready for the birth of my 3rd son in July 2010. After July I will be taking a maternity leave to celebrate that special fleeting stage of babyhood.
Some Past Events include:
The Happiness Circle: Tuesday January 12th
Would you like to:
-
be more present
-
really savour and enjoy your rich life
-
be happier with your time management and choices
This is group of successful, thriving women will meet once a month for six months to explore increasing our happiness. My role as facilitator will be to bring in the exciting scientific research on what leads to concrete increases in happiness (and it is not fame or money). Each month I will introduce a new concept and lead some self reflection, pair work and group exercises. There will also be time to talk about your month and "homeplay" activities to try in the upcoming month.
Who: I am looking for women able to commit to at least 5 out of the 6 sessions.
Cost: As this is a pilot project, your investment is the discounted rate of $150 for all six sessions.
When: Starts January 12th and held on every second Tuesday of the month till June. Sessions run 7:00 to 9:30 pm.
Where: We are meeting in the SPEC - Society Promoting Environmental Conservation house at 2150 Maple Street. We will be in the board room.
If you have questions or are interested, let me know.
